Orson’s sponsor is skeptical that he’s found the correct replacement for Jackal.  Only 5 pages remain until the conclusion of Episode 2!


While far fewer in number than before the Withering, a handful of bird species still roam the skies around Trinity.  They are mainly scavenger species, subsisting on the carcasses of unfortunate creatures of all types.  The air defense system along the Wall is frequently used to either ward off or eliminate birds that wander a bit too close to the crop fields.

    Ooh, birds. Corvids by the looks of them, though it’s hard to tell from silhouettes. It’s also hard to spell silhouettes :-/

  • I always spell silhouettes wrong first try. And, yep! Corvids are hella good survivors.
