As second in command to the Razors Carmen works to keep an image of strength, doubly so now that she’s officially in charge. She spends a lot of time demonstrating her abilities by training new recruits. This allows her to get a feel of the newcomers and establishes her dominance in the room and in the ranks. When new prospects come in for their first day of training Carmen’s first move is to take each person from the group and go one-on-one with them. Many come in confident they’ll wipe the floor with her. The resulting ass-kicking is a popular spectator sport among the Razors.
