Orson is running into some problems getting a new recruit from the Razors.

While the Razors are ultimately just another gang in Outer Trinity, the legacy of its past with High House Cornerstone remains plain to see.  This includes a grueling training regimen and a command structure more native to an Inner City security regiment than the streets of South Gate.   Questioning the generosity of Toro is something very few would dare to do, fewer still directly to his face.
