Located squarely beneath the promenade bridge of the once-busy South Gate, the headquarters of the Razors is a veritable fortress.  Built around and into one of the massive vertical struts, the compound has practically become a part of the bridge.  While many still look to it as a source of protection, there are plenty who dread the thought of ever having reason to approach it.
