Savings? What savings?

Banking options in Outer Trinity boil down to two basic options: cash or credit.  Cash is cumbersome, especially given the dismally low value of each bill.  Theft is also a very real issue.  Various Inner Trinity Houses offer credit cards to qualified applicants, but with strict penalties should the card be used with merchants not affiliated with the House.  The gangs also act as creditors of last resort, and are the primary reason there are so few independent loan sharks.
