Emergency First Aid Kits are equipped on each ATV wagon in the Razors vehicle fleet. Every Razor prospect must be trained in basic first aid in order to earn their grey sash and know how to use the kit effectively. This requirement is unique in the Outer City, as no other gang has any kind of training in basic medical aid. Such training allows the Razors a greater chance for survival, as the first few minutes of any emergency can mean life or death for the wounded. Toro considers the medical training a crucial component to his gangs survival.
